Opening of Dinton Pastures new play park postponed

Executive member for environment Cllr Angus Ross said: “It is with great disappointment that, due to the adverse weather conditions that we’ve had recently, the official opening of the new play park at Dinton Pastures will need to be postponed until Saturday May 3. Meaning it will not be open for the Easter holidays as we had originally planned.

“Although the park will be completed in the next couple of weeks, due to the level of rain we’ve had in January and February, the water levels on site are still very high and it is not safe enough or fully accessible for all to enjoy.
