Wokingham Appeal by the University of Reading on Shinfield Housing Development

The University of Reading has appealed over tover plans for 1,200 new homes in Shinfield by Wokingham Borough Council.

Shinfield falls within one of four strategic development locations (SDLs) earmarked by the council within its core strategy, which sets out where more than 12,500 homes are to be built across the borough by 2026.
