Wokingham Town Council Community Surgery 17th December
0Wokingham Town Council is to host a Community Surgery at the Town Hall on Saturday 17th December from 10am to 12noon. With an opportunity to meet Town and Borough Councillors and the local Police team, and discuss any issues that you feel need to be addressed within the local community.
Wokingham Town Council comprises twenty-five councillors who represent the four wards of the town: Emmbrook, Evendons, Norreys and Wescott.
The Full Council meets at least six times a year and the Committees meet throughout the year. These meetings are open to the public and members of the public who are interested in particular matters may be invited to join as co-opted members on working parties.
There is an annual Town Meeting held every March/April where members of the public are invited to come and ask questions of the Mayor and Chairmen of the main committees. Details of all the Town Council’s meetings are published on the notice boards outside the Town Hall and on the councils website.
